WHY FAMILIES CALL US

Sabr does not mean
doing this alone

No one told you what to do at 2am, or which number to call, or how to plan for the future. Inaya does.

  • Something has been wrong for months and no one will say it out loud
  • You've been told to call 988, but you needed help long before that
  • They refuse treatment, and you don't know who to call next

You are not failing them. No one trained you for this.

WHAT CHANGES

You don't have to wait for a crisis.

Inaya is a membership. You're paired with an advocate who learns your family's full picture and stays with you — through crisis, paperwork, and the years after.

Stop Googling at 2am. Someone to call or email who can tell you what to say and what to do next.

You're not alone in this anymore.

When it escalates, you know who to call, and what to say when they answer.

A plan for benefits, housing, and the years ahead. Not just the next crisis.

OUR JOURNEY

Founded by someone
who's been there.

Salleha, founder of Inaya Health

When my brother was first hospitalized, we were handed disconnected phone numbers and told there was nothing we could do. We called 911 at night because we didn't know where else to turn.

Our imam prayed with us, but he didn't know what we were supposed to do on Monday morning either. We turned to our community and found du'a, and kindness, and a silence no one knew how to break.

We came away held, but no closer to helping him.

What changed things wasn't a hotline. It was finding other families who had been there, people who could tell us what to ask, what rights we had, and what to expect.

— Salleha, Founder & CEO. NAMI Family Support Group Facilitator, Certified Crisis Specialist, and a sister.

Holding onto who you are is hard.
You do it every day.
Alhamdulillah.

Amanah

What was entrusted to you was their care. Not the insurance calls, the hospital system, or doing all of it by yourself.

Silat al-rahm

You are the one who stayed. That is not weakness, and it is not codependency. It is kinship kept.

Ajr

The nights no one saw. The calls no one thanked you for. Allah (SWT) counted every one of them.

Rahma

Mercy for them. And mercy for you, which you have not been giving yourself.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

You've carried this long enough.

You do not need the perfect diagnosis, the full paperwork trail, or the right words. Bring the story as it is.
